GrizzlyFish founder Nathan Parrish was recently interviewed on the Average Conservationist podcast.  It's a fascinating profile of Nathan's journey from high school student in Eugene, Oregon--to fine dining chef in Michelin-starred restaurants from the Pacific Northwest and acclaimed European dining destinations in France and Spain--to becoming a fly fishing guide at the Ranch at Rock Creek in Montana.
